We only accept returns (NO EXCHANGES). If you receive your order and need an item in a different size or color, simply return any unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order at our web site. Once we receive your item, we will credit your original method of payment. The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks You can return a purchase within 30 days of your original purchase date. Make sure you save your order's original packing slip, original packaging, and accessories as these items are necessary in order to complete the return process. All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. All tags MUST be attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a track-able carrier method. Fan Outfitters cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
