We only accept returns (NO EXCHANGES). If you receive your order and need an item in a different size or color, simply return any unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order at our web site. Once we receive your item, we will credit your original method of payment. The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks You can return a purchase within 30 days of your original purchase date. Make sure you save your order's original packing slip, original packaging, and accessories as these items are necessary in order to complete the return process. All returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition. All tags MUST be attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
